Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates

We normally hand paid orders to a carrier within 1–2 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment, giving an estimated 4–9 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; remote locations and carrier disruptions may take longer.

Shipping charges and addresses

One US$4.99 shipping charge applies to the entire order, regardless of the number of packs. Check your complete U.S. delivery address in PayPal before approving payment. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery to a territory, military address or a location requiring a specific carrier. International delivery is not currently available.

Tracking and fulfilment

NOALTO fulfils website orders from within the United States. After handing your parcel to the carrier, we provide tracking through PayPal or email. A label being created does not mean that the carrier has received the parcel. For an order update, email noaltokitchen@outlook.com with your PayPal order or transaction number.

Delays, cancellations and missing parcels

If we cannot ship within the promised processing time, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund. Contact us promptly about a missing or damaged parcel so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution. See our returns and refunds policy.

Amazon purchases

Amazon checkout is separate. Amazon shows its own availability, shipping charges, delivery dates and return options. Items in this website cart are not automatically transferred to an Amazon cart.
