Privacy notice
Effective September 15, 2026
Information used to serve your order
When you pay through PayPal, payment processing is handled by PayPal. NOALTO can receive the order details, payment status, contact information and shipping address needed to fulfil your purchase and provide support. We do not ask for or store your full payment-card number or PayPal password. Emails you send us may contain order information, return photos and other details you choose to provide.
Browser storage and hosting
This website stores your cart in your browser’s local storage and temporarily stores a pending payment reference in session storage to help check an interrupted payment. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. Our hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the website. PayPal may use its own cookies and technical information when you open checkout. Merchant sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication.
How information is used and shared
We use customer information to process and deliver orders, respond to support requests, manage returns and refunds, prevent fraud and keep required business records. Relevant information may be shared with payment, delivery, email and hosting providers for these purposes. Clicking an Amazon link takes you to Amazon, whose privacy practices apply there.
Retention and your requests
We retain business and support records as needed for fulfilment, accounting, dispute resolution and applicable requirements. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it for those purposes. To request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, contact noaltokitchen@outlook.com. We may verify your identity and retain records that are required for legal or transaction-related reasons. Provider-held information may also require a request to that provider.
Updates
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the effective date on this page. For payment-provider details, see PayPal’s privacy statement.
